Operating the Powermeter
Once installed and paired, the Quarq power meter will transmit power data to your compatible head unit. Ensure your head unit is configured to display power, cadence, and other relevant metrics.
Calibration (Zero Offset):
It is recommended to perform a zero offset calibration before each ride for the most accurate power readings. This compensates for any changes due to temperature or installation variations.
- Ensure the bicycle is stationary and the cranks are not under any load.
- Access the calibration function on your head unit (refer to your head unit's manual).
- Initiate the zero offset. The head unit will confirm successful calibration.
Nota: Do not perform a zero offset while pedaling or with any weight on the pedals.

Substitució de la bateria:
The Quarq power meter uses a CR2032 coin cell battery. Battery life varies depending on usage and environmental conditions. Replace the battery when your head unit indicates low battery or when the power meter stops transmitting data.
- Locate the battery cover on the power meter spider.
- Use a coin or appropriate tool to open the battery cover by turning it counter-clockwise.
- Traieu la bateria antiga.
- Insert a new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing outwards.
- Replace the battery cover and turn clockwise until snug. Do not overtighten.
Comprovació de parell d'estrènyer:
Periodically check the crank bolt torque to ensure it remains at the manufacturer's specified setting. Loose crank bolts can lead to creaking or damage.
