1. Ensure the crown is in its fully pushed-in position (Position 0).
2. Rotate the crown clockwise approximately 15-20 times. This will provide an initial power reserve.
3. The watch will then continue to wind automatically with regular wear.

4. Important: Avoid adjusting the date or day between 9 PM and 3 AM, as this is when the watch's internal mechanisms are engaged in changing these indicators, and manual adjustment can cause damage.
