5. Configuració i cablejat
5.1 Connexió a la font d'alimentació
Connect a stable DC24V power supply to the designated power terminals on the PLC. Ensure correct polarity.
5.2 Input Wiring (X0-X7)
The input points X0-X7 are DC24V, low-level valid. X0-X5 can be configured for high-speed counting. Connect your input devices (e.g., sensors, switches) to these terminals.

5.3 Output Wiring (Y0-Y5)
Y0-Y5 are output points, configurable as relay or transistor outputs. Relay outputs support up to 5A, while transistor outputs support up to 1A (DC24V). Y0-Y1 are high-speed output ports (max 100KHz) for PWM. Connect external loads to these terminals. For transistor outputs, the external load common should terminate to +24V, and the other end to the PLC output port Y.

5.4 Connexió del port de comunicació
The PLC includes one RS232 (DB9) serial communication port (FX3u protocol: 38400, 7, E, 1) and an optional RS485 port. Connect your programming device or HMI to these ports for programming and monitoring.

6. Instruccions de funcionament
6.1 Programming Software
Use GX Developer or GX Works software to create and upload your PLC programs. The memory capacity is 8000 steps.
6.2 Analog Input Operation
The 6-channel analog inputs have 12-bit accuracy and support 0-10V or 0-20mA signals. Use the appropriate instruction in your program to read analog quantities. The corresponding values range from 0 to 4095. Two-way potentiometer analog input is available via D8030 and D8031.
6.3 Analog Output Operation
The 2-channel analog outputs have 12-bit accuracy and provide 0-10V output. Use the WR3A instruction to output analog voltage, with corresponding values from 0 to 4095.
6.4 Intermediate Relays (M)
Intermediate relays M0-M3071 are available. The power loss preservation range for these relays can be configured within the programming software.
7. Manteniment
- Keep the PLC clean and free from dust and debris.
