1. Introducció

Thank you for choosing the LNCOON GPS Tracker. This device is a 4G Cat.1 Asset GNSS Tracker, engineered for precise real-time tracking and monitoring across various applications, including vehicle rental, fleet management, logistics transportation, and luggage tracking. Its robust design, long-lasting battery, and comprehensive alert features ensure reliable performance and enhanced security for your assets.

2. Informació de seguretat

• Do not attempt to open or modify the device. Unauthorized modifications can damage the device and void the warranty.
• Mantingueu el dispositiu allunyat de temperatures extremes, la llum solar directa i substàncies corrosives.
• Ensure the device is securely mounted to prevent accidental detachment, especially in moving vehicles.

3. Contingut del paquet

4. Configuració

4.1 Càrrega del dispositiu

Before first use, fully charge the GPS tracker. Connect the provided charging cable to the device's Micro USB port and a compatible USB power adapter. The 4-grid LED power indicator will show charging status. A full charge ensures optimal performance and standby time.

4.2 Instal·lació de la targeta SIM

The device requires a 4G LTE SIM card for cellular connectivity. Open the device cover to access the SIM card slot. Insert the SIM card with the metal contacts facing down and the notched corner aligned correctly. Ensure the SIM card is properly seated.

4.3 App Download and Platform Access

To manage and track your device, download the LNCOON APP from your mobile app store (available on iOS and Android) or access the web platform. Scan the QR code on the User Manual Card included in the package or visit lncoon.com/download-app.

4.4 Instal·lació del dispositiu

The tracker features a powerful magnetic base for easy installation. You can attach the provided iron block with 3M glue to any desired surface, then simply attach the tracker to the iron block. This allows for flexible and secure placement on vehicles or other assets.

5. Funcionament del dispositiu

5.1 Engegada/apagada

Locate the power switch on the device. Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn the device on or off. The LED indicators will confirm the power status.

5.2 Positioning Systems

The LNCOON GPS Tracker utilizes a synergy of multiple positioning systems for high accuracy:

• GPS (Global Positioning System): Provides precise outdoor location data.
• BDS (BeiDou Navigation Satellite System): Another satellite navigation system for enhanced accuracy.
• LBS (Location Based Service): Uses cellular network signals for positioning, useful in areas with weak GPS signals.
• Wi-Fi Positioning: Leverages Wi-Fi hotspots for indoor and urban area positioning.

The device can auto-switch the positioning mode according to signal strength, ensuring reliable tracking with accuracy typically less than 10 meters.

5.3 Tracking Modes

Administrators can switch between three working modes on demand through the platform and APP:

• Mode d'estalvi d'energia: Minimizes battery usage for extended standby times.

5.4 Alertes i notificacions

The device provides instant alerts for various atypical events, which are sent directly to the LNCOON APP:

• Removal Alert: If the tracker is dropped or maliciously removed, you will receive an alert. This is triggered by a pressure-sensitive button on the device.
• Alarma de baixa potència: Notifies you when the battery is low, prompting timely recharge.
• Temperature & Humidity Alert: Set custom ranges, and receive notifications if the environment around the device falls outside these parameters (default: off).
• Alerta de sobrevelocitat: Notifies you if the tracked asset exceeds a predefined speed limit.
• Fence Alarm (Geofence): Receive alerts when the device enters or leaves a predefined geographical area.
• Alerta de vibració: Informs you of unexpected movement or vibration of the device.

5.5 Reproducció històrica

The LNCOON platform and APP allow you to view up to 180 days of historical tracking data. This feature enables you to review past routes, speeds, and mileage for comprehensive analysis.

5.6 Multi-Device Management

The LNCOON platform and APP support managing multiple tracking devices simultaneously, making it ideal for fleet management or tracking numerous assets from a single interface.

6. Manteniment

6.1 Durada i càrrega de la bateria

The device is equipped with a 10,000mAh Li-polymer battery, offering extended standby times. In continuous tracking mode (2 hours/day), it can last up to 35 days. In power-saving mode, the battery can last up to 2 years. Recharge the device promptly when the low battery indicator flashes.

The LNCOON GPS Tracker has an IP65 waterproof rating, meaning it is protected against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction. While it can withstand splashes and light rain, it is not designed for submersion in water.

6.3 Neteja

Netegeu el dispositiu amb un drap suau i sec. No utilitzeu productes químics agressius ni netejadors abrasius.

7. Solució De Problemes

• El dispositiu no s'encén: Assegureu-vos que el dispositiu estigui completament carregat. Comproveu el cable de càrrega i l'adaptador.
• Sense senyal GPS: Ensure the device is in an open area with a clear view del cel. Allunyeu-vos d'edificis alts o de vegetació densa.
• Ubicació incorrecta: Verify that the device is using multiple positioning systems (GPS, BDS, LBS, Wi-Fi). Ensure strong cellular and Wi-Fi signals are available.
• Alertes no rebudes: Check app notification settings on your phone. Ensure the device has a stable network connection. Verify alert settings within the LNCOON platform/app.
• La bateria s'esgota ràpidament: Review your tracking mode settings. Real-time tracking consumes more power. Consider switching to Intelligent or Power-Saving mode if continuous updates are not critical.
• Device not connecting to network: Ensure the SIM card is correctly installed and active with a valid data plan.
