Instruccions de configuració

HD601 PRO Truck Scanner Setup

1. Locate the vehicle's diagnostic port. For heavy-duty trucks, this is typically a 6-pin or 9-pin connector. For cars/light trucks, it's a 16-pin OBD2 port.
2. Select the appropriate cable (6-pin, 9-pin, or 16-pin) and connect it to the HD601 PRO device.
3. Connect the other end of the cable to the vehicle's diagnostic port.
4. Turn the vehicle's ignition to the 'ON' position (do not start the engine unless performing specific tests that require it). The device will power on automatically.

BA301 Battery Tester Setup

HD601 PRO Diagnostic Functions

After connecting the HD601 PRO to the vehicle, navigate the menu using the arrow keys and 'OK' button.

• Fast Scan: Select 'HD OBD' from the main menu, then 'Fast Scan' to quickly identify systems and potential issues.

BA301 Battery Testing Functions

After connecting the BA301 to the battery, select 'BAT' from the main menu to access battery testing options.

HD601 PRO Truck Scanner

The HD601 PRO supports all major truck models that comply with standard protocols (SAE J1939, SAE J1708, ISO 14230-4, ISO 15764-4, ISO 9141-2, ISO 27145-4, and Euro6). This includes brands such as Cummins, Paccar, Detroit, Perkins, Freightliner, International, Peterbilt, Ford, Maxxforce, BendixWabash, Wabaco, Haldex, Allison, and Eaton. It also supports engine diagnosis on most cars, minivans, and light trucks from 1996 and later.

Comprovador de bateries BA301

The BA301 works on all 6V and 12V lead-acid batteries from 100 to 2000 CCA. This includes regular flood batteries, AGM flat batteries, AGM spiral batteries, GEL, and EFB batteries. It supports most battery standards such as CCA, BCI, CA, MCA, JIS, DIN, IEC, EN, and SAE.

The HD601 PRO offers lifetime free software updates to ensure compatibility with new vehicle models and diagnostic protocols. Regular updates are recommended for optimal performance.

1. Connect the HD601 PRO to your computer via the USB cable.
2. Log on to the ANCEL website (anceltech.com) and navigate to the Download Center.
3. Select the product model (HD601) and download the update software.
4. Enter 'Upgrade' mode on the HD601 PRO device.
5. Click 'Update' on the computer software.

If you encounter a 'Pressure sensor D calibration' message, it indicates an outdated database version. Please update your software to the latest version. Software update tutorial videos and download packages are available on the ANCEL weblloc.

• Why can't I erase the fault code?
  1. Fix the problem causing the fault code before clearing it.
  2. Ensure the scanner is properly connected to the OBD port.
  3. Check compatibility. If unsure, provide vehicle information to the reseller for assistance.
• Will it support full diagnosis for heavy-duty trucks, including ABS and transmission systems?

  Yes, it can diagnose ABS or transmission systems if they are compatible with Standard SAE J1939 or SAE J1708 protocols.

• Can the HD601 device support Full OBDII functionality?

  The HD601 PRO is primarily designed as a code reader for North American heavy-duty trucks. It may not fully support very old passenger cars, such as pre-2008 Ford or GM models.
• Can the HD601 support HINO, Isuzu, FUSO, and UD trucks?

  If the trucks use engines manufactured by their respective companies, the product may not be supported. For trucks using engines from other manufacturers like Cummins, you can try using the scanner. If unsure, provide vehicle details to customer service for assistance.

• Is it possible to support Special functions, such as DPF regen?

  No, it is a basic code reader.

• Which vehicle protocols are supported by the HD OBD menu? Which systems' data can be read? Can non-heavy truck vehicles be used? What should I do if I'm not sure whether the model is suitable or not?

  The HD OBD menu supports reading only the heavy truck protocol. If it meets the requirements, use this to test and you can obtain the data of the entire system: J1939, J1708, 27145. Supported reading systems: Full system. If you are not sure, please inform us of the vehicle model and engine. For non-heavy truck vehicles, the data reading is incomplete and it is not recommended to purchase.
• Which protocols of vehicles are supported by the WWH OBD menu? Can the data of the engine system be read through OBDII?

  The WWH OBD menu can support these protocol vehicles to read engine system data (using OBDII): CAN, KWP2000, ISO9141-2, 1850VPW, 1850PWM.
