1. Instruccions de seguretat importants

3. Instal·lació i configuració

Before beginning installation, ensure you have all necessary tools and components. Refer to the specific roller shutter system's manual for detailed mounting instructions.

3.1 Muntatge del motor

1. Insert the motor into the roller shutter tube. Ensure a snug fit.
2. Secure the motor within the tube using appropriate fasteners or adapters provided with your roller shutter system.
3. Mount the roller shutter tube assembly into the window frame or designated opening, ensuring it is level and securely fastened.

3.2 Connexió elèctrica

ADVERTIMENT: Electrical connections must be performed by a qualified electrician. Incorrect wiring can lead to electric shock, fire, or damage to the motor.

• Ensure the main power supply is disconnected before wiring.
• Connect the motor's wires to the appropriate terminals of your roller shutter switch or control unit, following the wiring diagram provided with your switch.
• Typically, connections include Live (Phase), Neutral, Earth, and separate wires for Up and Down commands.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

Once installed and wired, the motor can be operated using a compatible roller shutter switch.

• To raise the shutter: Press and hold or momentarily press the "Up" button on your switch.
• To lower the shutter: Press and hold or momentarily press the "Down" button on your switch.
• The motor will automatically stop when the shutter reaches its upper or lower limit.
• Refer to your switch's manual for specific programming or limit setting procedures, if applicable.

5. Manteniment

The LEXMAN roller shutter motor is designed for minimal maintenance. However, regular checks can ensure its longevity and optimal performance.
