1. Introducció

Thank you for choosing the Evolveo StrongVision Mini Trail Camera. This compact and robust camera is designed for wildlife observation, hunting, and security applications, offering high-resolution photos and Full HD videos with night vision capabilities. This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your camera to ensure optimal performance.

4. Configuració

4.1. Instal·lació de la bateria

The camera requires 4 x 1.5V LR6 AA batteries. For optimal performance and extended operation, it is recommended to use high-quality alkaline or rechargeable batteries.

1. Open the camera's latch on the side and gently open the housing.
2. Localitzeu el compartiment de la bateria.
3. Introduïu 4 piles AA, assegurant-vos de la polaritat correcta (+/-) tal com s'indica a l'interior del compartiment.
4. Tanqueu bé la tapa del compartiment de la bateria.

4.2. Instal·lació de la targeta Micro SD

A Micro SD card (up to 32 GB) is required to store photos and videos. Ensure the card is formatted before first use.

1. With the camera housing open, locate the Micro SD card slot.
2. Insert the Micro SD card into the slot until it clicks into place.
3. Per treure-la, empenyeu lleugerament la targeta fins que surti.

4.3. Configuració Inicial

The camera can be configured using a settings file on the Micro SD card via your computer. This allows for precise adjustment of parameters such as photo resolution, video resolution, time-lapse intervals, and more.

1. Insert the Micro SD card into your computer using the provided Micro SD card reader.
2. Accediu a la configuració file (usually a text file or specific software) on the card.
3. Adjust desired settings according to your needs.
4. Desa la configuració file back to the Micro SD card.
5. Safely eject the Micro SD card from your computer and insert it back into the camera.

4.4. Muntatge de la càmera

Use the included mounting strap to secure the camera to a tree, pole, or other suitable surface. Ensure the camera is stable and pointed towards the desired monitoring area.

5. Funcionament de la càmera

5.1. Encès / apagat

After installing batteries and the Micro SD card, locate the power switch inside the camera housing. Switch it to the "ON" position to activate the camera. To turn off, switch it to "OFF".

5.2. Modes de funcionament

The camera supports various operating modes, which can be configured via the settings file:

• Mode de fotografia: Captures still images. Resolutions include 20 MP, 16 MP, and 12 MP.
• Mode de vídeo: Records video clips. Resolutions include 1080p, 720p, and VGA.
• Mode foto + vídeo: Captures a photo followed by a video clip.
• Mode de lapse de temps: Takes photos at set intervals.

5.3. Motion Detection and Recording

The camera utilizes a Passive Infrared (PIR) sensor to detect motion. When motion is detected within its 90° field of view, the camera will trigger and record based on your configured settings.

• LED IR: For low-light or nighttime conditions, 26 850nm IR LEDs provide illumination up to 20 meters (optimal illumination 6-8 meters).
• Shot Series: Configure the number of photos taken per trigger (1, 3, 6, or 9 shots).
• Temps de recuperació: Set the delay between triggers (1, 5, 10, or 30 seconds/minutes).

5.4. Viewing Files

A view fotos i vídeos capturats:

1. Turn off the camera and remove the Micro SD card.
2. Insert the Micro SD card into your computer using the card reader.
3. Accedeix al files on the card. Photos are saved in JPEG format, and videos in AVI format.
4. Cadascú file will include a date and time stamp.

6. Manteniment

6.1. Neteja

Netegeu l'exterior de la càmera amb un drap suau iamp cloth. Ensure the lens and PIR sensor are clean and free from dirt or debris for optimal performance. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

6.2. Substitució de la bateria

Canvieu les piles quan aparegui l'indicador de bateria baixa o quan el rendiment disminueixi. Canvieu sempre totes les piles alhora per unes de noves del mateix tipus.

6.3. Emmagatzematge

When not in use for extended periods, remove the batteries to prevent leakage. Store the camera in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

7. Solució De Problemes

• La càmera no s'encén:
  • Comproveu la polaritat de la bateria.
  • Assegureu-vos que les bateries estiguin completament carregades o substituïdes.
  • Verifiqueu que l'interruptor d'alimentació estigui en la posició "ON".
• No photos/videos recorded:
  • Ensure a Micro SD card is inserted and properly formatted.
  • Check if the Micro SD card is full.
  • Verify camera settings for recording mode and trigger sensitivity.
  • Ensure the PIR sensor is not obstructed.
• Mala qualitat d'imatge/vídeo:
  • Netegeu la lent de la càmera.
  • Check resolution settings.
  • Ensure sufficient lighting for daytime shots; for night shots, ensure objects are within IR range.
• Autonomia curta de la bateria:
  • Utilitzeu piles alcalines o recarregables d'alta qualitat.
  • Reduce the number of photos per trigger or increase recovery time.
  • Consider external power options like the Evolveo solar panel (sold separately).
