3. Configuració

Before first use, clean all parts that will come into contact with food according to the 'Maintenance and Cleaning' section.

3.1 Assembling the Mixing Bowl and Attachments

1. Place the main unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure the power cord is unplugged.
2. Lift the multifunctional lever arm by pressing the release button (if applicable, refer to specific model design).
3. Place the 5.5L stainless steel bowl onto the base, twisting it clockwise until it locks securely into place. The bowl seat indicator should not be red.
4. Select the desired attachment (dough hook, whisk, or balloon whisk). Insert the attachment into the shaft on the underside of the mixing arm, pushing upwards and twisting slightly until it clicks into place.
5. Lower the multifunctional lever arm until it locks into position.
6. Attach the transparent lid to the bowl if desired, aligning it correctly.

2. Assemble the meat grinder components (screw, blade, grinding plate, ring nut) according to the diagram in the 'Product Overview' section.
3. Insert the assembled meat grinder into the front accessory port, aligning the drive shaft, and twist clockwise until it locks securely.
