Introducció

This manual provides detailed instructions for the proper setup, usage, and care of your CACOE Phone Lanyard. Designed for convenience and security, this adjustable neck strap and universal crossbody lanyard allows for hands-free phone carrying, keeping your device accessible and safe.

• Ensure the phone case used is a fully covered type. Half-cover phone cases are not supported and may lead to your phone falling.
• Regularly inspect the lanyard and pad for any signs of wear or damage. Discontinue use if any damage is observed.
• Do not excessively pull or tug on the lanyard while your phone is attached, as this may cause damage to the phone, case, or lanyard.

Configuració i instal·lació

Follow these steps to correctly install your CACOE Phone Lanyard:

1. Prepare the Phone Pad: Peel off the protective paper film from the phone pad.
2. Insert the Pad into the Case: Place the phone pad inside your fully covered phone case. Ensure the small loop of the pad extends through the charging port opening at the bottom of the case.
3. Assegureu el vostre telèfon: Insert your phone into the case, making sure it sits securely on top of the pad. The pad should be flat against the inside of the case, with only its loop protruding from the charging port.
4. Enganxeu el cordó: Hook the metal clasp of the lanyard onto the loop of the phone pad. Ensure the clasp is securely closed.

Important Note on Phone Cases

The CACOE Phone Lanyard is designed for use with fully covered phone cases only. Cases with a half-open bottom are not compatible and may compromise the security of your phone.

• Avoid exposing the lanyard to harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures.

Resolució de problemes

Phone Not Securely Attached

• Check Phone Case Compatibility: Ensure your phone case is a full-coverage type. Half-coverage cases will not provide a secure attachment.
• Verify Pad Placement: Make sure the phone pad is laid flat inside the case and its loop is fully extended through the charging port opening.
• Inspect Lanyard Clasp: Confirm that the metal clasp is fully closed and securely hooked onto the phone pad's loop.

Dificultat per carregar

• Ensure Unobstructed Port: The phone pad is designed to not block the charging port. If you experience issues, check that the pad's loop is not interfering with the charging cable connection.
