1. Introducció

The Weiser SmartCode Keypad Electronic Deadbolt is designed for easy installation. For detailed, interactive 3D instructions with voice and video guidance, it is recommended to use the free BILT app.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Tancar la porta

• Bloqueig d'un sol toc: Press the Lock button (padlock icon) on the keypad. The deadbolt will extend, securing the door.

5.2 Desbloqueig de la porta

To re-key your lock:

1. Insert your functioning key (the key that currently operates the lock) and turn it 90 degrees clockwise.
2. Insert the SmartKey tool fully into the SmartKey hole.

6. Remove the new key. The lock is now re-keyed to the new key.

6. Manteniment

6.1 Substitució de la bateria

The deadbolt operates on 4 AA alkaline batteries. When the batteries are low, the lock will provide an audible and/or visual low battery warning. Replace all four batteries simultaneously with new, high-quality alkaline batteries.
