1. Instruccions de seguretat importants

The Sencor SPR 3600WH Electric Pressure Cooker consists of the following main components:

2.2 Tauler de control

The control panel features a digital display and various buttons for operation:

• Visualització: Shows cooking time, temperature, and program status.
• Programes preestablerts: Icons for 14 different cooking functions (e.g., Fry, Stew, Meat, Fish, Rice, Bread, Pasta, Vegetables, Slow Cook, Yoghurt, Desserts, Oven, Cake, Steam).

3. Configuració i primer ús

3.1 Desembalatge

Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the pressure cooker for any damage. Retain packaging for future storage or transport if needed.

3.2 Neteja inicial

1. Wash the inner pot, lid (including the sealing ring and valves), and all accessories with warm, soapy water.

3.3 Muntatge

1. Place the inner pot into the main unit. Ensure it sits correctly and is level.
2. Check that the sealing ring is properly seated inside the lid.
3. Ensure the pressure release valve and float valve are clear and free of debris.
4. Place the lid onto the main unit, aligning the arrow on the lid with the unlock symbol on the cooker body. Rotate clockwise until it locks into place, aligning with the lock symbol.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Funcionament bàsic

1. Preparar els ingredients: Poseu els ingredients i el líquid desitjats al recipient interior. No supereu la línia d'ompliment MÀX (2/3 de la capacitat per a la majoria d'aliments, 1/2 de la capacitat per a aliments que s'expandeixen).
2. Tanca la tapa: Securely close the lid as described in Section 3.3. Ensure the pressure release valve is set to the "Sealing" position.
3. Connectar: Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet. The display will illuminate.
4. Seleccioneu el programa:
   • Programes preestablerts: Press the "Preset" button repeatedly or use the "Menu" knob to cycle through the 14 available programs (e.g., Fry, Stew, Meat, Fish, Rice, Bread, Pasta, Vegetables, Slow Cook, Yoghurt, Desserts, Oven, Cake, Steam). The selected program icon will light up.
   • Ajusteu la configuració (si escau): For some programs, you can adjust cooking time using the "+/-" buttons or texture (Light, Standard, Strong) using the "Texture" button.
   • Mode manual: Press the "Manual" button to set custom cooking time and temperature. Use the "+/-" buttons to adjust values.
5. Comença a cuinar: Press the "Start" button to begin the cooking process. The cooker will preheat, build pressure, and then begin the countdown.
6. Alliberament de pressió: Once cooking is complete, the cooker will beep and automatically switch to "Keep Warm" mode. To release pressure:

4.2 Ús de programes predefinits

The Sencor SPR 3600WH offers 14 preset programs for various dishes. Each program has optimized default settings, which can often be adjusted.

Examples of cooking with preset programs:

• Pasta: Select the "Pasta" program. Add pasta and water according to recipe. The cooker will automatically set the appropriate pressure and time.
• Estofat: Use the "Stew" program for tender meats and vegetables.
• Vapor: Place food on the steamer basket with water below. Select "Steam" for healthy cooking of vegetables or fish.

4.3 Funció Mantenir Calent

After cooking, the appliance automatically enters "Keep Warm" mode to maintain food temperature. Press the "Keep Warm/Cancel" button to exit this mode.
