1. Introducció

The ChunHee Wireless Intercom System HI03-IM-2 provides reliable two-way communication within your home or property. Designed for ease of use, it is ideal for various applications, including communication between family members, monitoring patients or the elderly, and general household convenience. This system features clear audio, a long transmission range, and a rechargeable battery for portable use.

3. Configuració i ús inicial

3.1 Càrrega inicial

Upon receiving your intercom system, it is essential to fully charge the units before first use. The factory setting for the intercom is off. A full charge takes approximately 8 hours. The indicator light on the unit will be red during charging.

1. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging base and a power source.
2. Place the intercom unit onto the charging base. Ensure the unit is properly seated.
3. Allow the unit to charge for at least 8 hours for optimal battery performance. The charging indicator light will be red.

3.2 Engegada/apagada

To power on the intercom unit, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds. You will hear a ringtone, indicating the unit is powered on. To power off, press and hold the ON/OFF button again until the unit powers down.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

The ChunHee Wireless Intercom System operates on a two-way communication principle, allowing clear voice transmission between units.

1. Set the Same Channel: Ensure both intercom units are set to the same channel. Use the Channel +/- buttons on the side of the unit to select a channel. The system supports 16 channels.
2. Initiate Conversation (Speaking): To speak, press and hold the "TALK" button (microphone button) on your unit. Speak clearly into the microphone.
3. Listen for Response: Release the "TALK" button after speaking to listen for a response from the other unit.
4. Respond to Conversation (Answering): When the other unit is speaking, wait for them to release their "TALK" button. Once they have finished, press and hold your "TALK" button to respond.

Nota important: This wireless intercom system uses a single-transmission frequency. You cannot speak and listen simultaneously. Always release the "TALK" button to hear the other party, and wait for them to finish speaking before pressing your "TALK" button to reply.

6. Manteniment

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your ChunHee Wireless Intercom System, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Neteja: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the units. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

7. Solució De Problemes

If you encounter issues with your intercom system, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Sense energia: Ensure the unit is fully charged. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to power on.
• Sense comunicació: Verify that both intercom units are set to the exact same channel. Ensure both units are powered on and within range.
• Àudio distorsionat: Check for obstructions between the units. Move closer to the other unit. Ensure the volume is adjusted appropriately.
• Cannot Talk and Listen Simultaneously: This is a design characteristic of the system. Remember to release the "TALK" button to listen and wait for the other party to finish before speaking.
