Guia de configuració

Step 1: Charge the Doorbell Camera

Before initial use, fully charge the doorbell using the provided Micro USB cable. Connect the cable to the doorbell's charging port and a standard USB power adapter (not included). A full charge typically takes approximately 8 hours and can last 1 to 2 months depending on usage.

Step 2: Download the CloudEdge App

Cerca 'CloudEdge' in your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS) and download the application. Create an account or log in if you already have one.

Pas 3: connecteu-vos a Wi-Fi

1. Open the CloudEdge app and tap 'Add Device' or the '+' icon.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to select your device type and enter your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network details. Note: The doorbell only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks; 5 GHz networks are not supported.
3. The app will generate a QR code. Position your doorbell camera to scan this QR code from your phone screen. You will hear a confirmation sound once connected.

Step 4: Install the Doorbell

Choose a suitable location near your front door. You can mount the doorbell using the provided screws and wall anchors, or use the adhesive tabs for a less permanent installation. Ensure the camera has a clear view de la zona que voleu controlar.

The integrated PIR sensor detects movement and sends instant push notifications to your phone. You can adjust the sensitivity of the motion detection and customize specific motion zones within the app to reduce unnecessary alerts, such as from passing traffic.

Video Recording and Storage

The XTU J9 doorbell supports two methods for video recording storage:

• Targeta micro SD: Insert a Micro SD card (up to 128GB, not included) into the designated slot on the doorbell for local storage of recordings.
• Emmagatzematge al núvol: The device offers cloud storage options, typically including a free trial period. Recordings are stored securely in the cloud and can be accessed via the CloudEdge app.

You can share access to your doorbell's live feed and notifications with family members. The CloudEdge app allows you to add up to 5 users, enabling multiple individuals to monitor your home security.

Manteniment

Gestió de la bateria

The XTU J9 doorbell features a built-in rechargeable battery. Monitor the battery level through the CloudEdge app. When the battery is low, recharge it using the Micro USB cable. Regular charging ensures continuous operation.

With an IP66 waterproof rating, the doorbell is designed to withstand dust, rain, and other environmental elements. Ensure it is securely mounted to prevent water ingress during extreme weather conditions.

Resolució de problemes
