4. Configuració

4.1 Encès inicial

1. Ensure the tablet is sufficiently charged. Connect the charging device and Type-C cable to the tablet and a power outlet.
2. Press and hold the Power button (usually located on the side or top edge) until the screen lights up and the GOODTEL logo appears.

4.2 Connexió d'accessoris

Your GOODTEL G10 Tablet comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse. Follow these steps to connect them:

4.2.1 Teclat sense fil

1. Turn on the keyboard. Ensure it is charged or has fresh batteries.
2. A la tauleta, vés a Configuració > Dispositius connectats > Bluetooth.
3. Enable Bluetooth. The tablet will search for available devices.
4. Put the keyboard into pairing mode (refer to the keyboard's specific instructions, usually by pressing a dedicated pairing button or key combination).
5. Select the keyboard's name from the list of available devices on your tablet and confirm the pairing.

1. Insert the USB receiver for the wireless mouse into the OTG adapter.
2. Connect the OTG adapter to the Type-C port on your tablet.

4.3 Inserting a MicroSD/TF Card

To expand your tablet's storage, you can insert a MicroSD/TF card (up to 128GB):

1. Locate the SD/TF card slot on the side of your tablet.
2. Gently insert the MicroSD/TF card into the slot with the gold contacts facing down until it clicks into place.

5.2 Ús de la càmera

La tauleta té una càmera frontal de 5 MP i una càmera posterior de 8 MP.

1. Obriu el Càmera aplicació des de la pantalla d'inici o el calaix d'aplicacions.
2. Toqueu la icona de la càmera per canviar entre la càmera frontal i la posterior.

2. Follow the in-app instructions to link your child's GOODTEL G10 tablet.
3. Through the Family Link app, you can set usage time limits, manage app access, and filter content remotely.

6. Manteniment

6.1 Càrrega de la bateria

To ensure optimal battery life, use the provided charging device and Type-C cable. Charge the tablet when the battery level is low. Avoid completely draining the battery frequently.

7. Solució De Problemes

La tauleta 7.1 no s'encén

• Assegureu-vos que la bateria estigui carregada. Connecteu el carregador i espereu uns minuts abans d'intentar tornar-lo a engegar.
• Mantingueu premut el botó d'engegada durant almenys 10-15 segons per realitzar un reinici forçat.

7.2 Problemes de connectivitat Wi-Fi

• Activa i desactiva el Wi-Fi Configuració > Xarxa i Internet > Wi-Fi.
• Reinicieu el vostre encaminador Wi-Fi.
• Forget the network and reconnect: Go to Wi-Fi settings, tap the network name, then Oblida't, and re-enter the password.
• Ensure you are within range of a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, as the tablet does not support 5G Wi-Fi.
