1. Introducció

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, installation, and maintenance of your FORNO Villarosa Electric 30-Inch Built-In Double Wall Oven. Please read all instructions carefully before using the appliance.

The FORNO Villarosa Double Wall Oven features a total net capacity of 10.0 cubic feet (5.0 cubic feet per oven), glass touch controls, and a large LCD display. It includes multiple cooking functions such as convection, broil, bake, and an air-fry function, along with steam cleaning capabilities.

3. Instal·lació i configuració

The FORNO Villarosa Double Wall Oven is designed for built-in installation. Refer to the separate installation guide for detailed instructions on cabinet cutouts and electrical connections.

3.1 Dimensions i espai lliure

Ensure adequate space and clearances for proper ventilation and operation. The overall dimensions of the oven are approximately 29.9 inches (W) x 23.5 inches (D) x 51.2 inches (H).

3.2 Requisits elèctrics

This appliance requires a 240V, 60 Hz electrical supply. A power cord for 240V installation is included. The oven has a wattage of 8500 watts and requires a 20 Amp circuit

3.3 Configuració inicial

Before first use, remove all packaging materials and accessories from the oven cavities. Clean the interior with a damp cloth. It is recommended to run the oven on a high temperature for about 30 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues, which may produce a slight odor.

5. Manteniment i Neteja

Clean the stainless steel exterior with a soft cloth and a mild detergent or a specialized stainless steel cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that can scratch the surface. The oven features a fingerprint-resistant finish.

The oven features a gray enamel interior. For light cleaning, use warm soapy water and a soft cloth. For heavier soil, the oven offers two cleaning options:
