4. Configuració i instal·lació

The module features a 6mm diameter bending air metal nozzle. Connect an external air pump (not included) to this nozzle using an air tube with an outer diameter of 6mm and an inner diameter of ≥4mm. The air assist system helps achieve cleaner cuts and reduces charring.

5.1 Initial Power-On and Safety
After installation, ensure all safety precautions are in place, especially wearing laser safety goggles. Power on your laser engraving machine.
5.2 Enfocament
The LT-80W-AA Pro module is designed with a fixed focus. Use the provided focus fixing plates to set the optimal working distance between the laser module and the material surface. Typically, the focus length is 45mm for optimal performance in both engraving and cutting.

- Gravat: Directly engrave mirror stainless steel without needing to paint it black. Engraving speed on 304 stainless steel can reach up to 300mm/s. It can also engrave smooth stainless steel metal and ceramics.
- Tall: Capable of cutting through 8mm thickness plywood in a single pass at 1.5mm/s. It can also cut 5mm acrylic and 15mm pinewood in a single pass.

5.5 FAC Technology

6. Manteniment
6.1 Cleaning the Protective Lens
Over time, dust and debris can accumulate on the protective lens, affecting laser performance. Regularly inspect and clean the lens. A spare protective window glass is included for replacement if necessary.
- Ensure the laser module is powered off and cooled down.
- Carefully unscrew the protective lens cap.
- Gently clean the lens with a lint-free cloth and lens cleaning solution, or replace it with the spare lens.
- Reattach the protective lens cap securely.
