5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Prendre una mesura

1. Place the digital scale on a flat, hard surface. Avoid carpets or soft flooring, as this can affect accuracy.
2. Open the 'INSMART Health' app on your smartphone.
3. Tap the 'Measure' button (often a blue button) in the app.
4. Step barefoot onto the scale, ensuring your feet are positioned on all four electrode areas. Remain still for approximately 10 seconds.
5. The scale will display your weight, and the full body composition data will synchronize to the INSMART Health app. You can weigh at any time without the app open; data will sync once connected.

5.2 Understanding Body Data

The INSMART Health app provides detailed insights into 17 body composition metrics. These metrics help you monitor your fitness trend and overall health. The app generates automatic charts for easy tracking of your progress over time (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly).

5.3 Multi-User Support

The INSMART digital scale supports tracking for an unlimited number of users, making it suitable for the entire family. Each user can create a profile within the INSMART Health app to track their individual data.
