4. Producte acabatview

5. Guia de configuració

- The smart plug requires a Xarxa Wi-Fi de 2.4 GHz for operation. It is not compatible with 5GHz networks.
- Ensure your Wi-Fi router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz signal.
- No separate hub is required for basic operation.
5.2. Maridatge inicial
- Connecteu el AMPAI Smart Plug into a wall outlet.
- The indicator light on the plug will begin to flash, indicating it is in pairing mode.
- Descarrega't el AMPAI App from your smartphone's app store (iOS/Android). For Google Home integration, you may also need the Aimore App as specified in product details.
- Obriu el AMPAI App and follow the on-screen instructions to add a new device. This typically involves scanning a QR code or selecting the device from a list.
- Enter your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network credentials when prompted.
- Once connected, the indicator light will become solid, and the device will appear in your app.
5.3. Apple HomeKit Setup
El AMPAI Smart Plug is compatible with Apple HomeKit. No additional app download is required for HomeKit functionality, but a HomeKit hub is necessary for remote control.
- To enable remote control via HomeKit, you need an Apple device such as a HomePod, HomePod mini, Apple TV, or iPad set up as a home hub.

7. Manteniment
Per garantir un rendiment i una longevitat òptims del vostre AMPAI Smart Plug, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:
- Neteja: Desconnecteu l'endoll intel·ligent de la presa de corrent abans de netejar-lo. Feu servir un drap suau i sec per netejar la superfície. No utilitzeu netejadors líquids ni materials abrasius.
- Emmagatzematge: Si guardeu el dispositiu durant un període prolongat, guardeu-lo en un lloc fresc i sec, allunyat de la llum solar directa i de la humitat.

8. Solució De Problemes
Si teniu problemes amb el vostre AMPAI Smart Plug, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
8.1. Plug Not Connecting to Wi-Fi / Frequent Disconnections
- Comprova la banda Wi-Fi: Ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal and your phone is connected to it during setup. The smart plug does not support 5GHz networks.
