The Seculife SOS Wristband is a comprehensive medical alert device designed to provide safety and peace of mind for elderly individuals, including those with memory loss, dementia, or Alzheimer's. This device features real-time GPS tracking, an SOS button for emergencies, and an assistive speakerphone for two-way communication. It is engineered to ensure reliable monitoring and quick assistance when needed.

Guia de configuració

Follow these steps to set up your Seculife SOS Wristband and activate its features.

1. Service Plan Activation

Your SOS Wristband comes with a pre-installed SIM card. The SIM ID number is located on the back of the product box. To activate your service plan, visit seculife.us/activate. Enter the SIM ID number (numbers only) and click 'Continue'. You will receive an email confirmation with a new phone number associated with your wristband. This number is essential for updating the mobile app device information in a later step.

2. Turning On the SOS Wristband

To turn on the wristband, press and hold the central SOS button for 10 seconds. If the device does not turn on, it may need to be charged.

The charging area is located on the back of the device. Use the included charging cable to connect the wristband to a power source. Charge the SOS Wristband for several hours if it was completely depleted, then attempt to turn it on again.

The companion mobile application, "AnyTracking", is available for both iOS and Android devices. You can download it by scanning the QR code provided in your product packaging or by searching for "AnyTracking" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

5. Logging In to the Mobile App

A family member or caregiver should open the "AnyTracking" mobile app and select "Log in by Device ID". The 10-digit Device ID is located on the back of the SOS Wristband. The default password to log in is 123456. After entering the credentials, click 'Log in'.

6. Updating Mobile App Settings

From the app's home page, tap on "Settings" to update essential options. You will need to set the device holder's name and the SOS Wristband's phone number (received via email during activation). You can also enter a list of phone numbers to receive notification alerts when the SOS button is triggered.

In case of an emergency, press the large red SOS button on the wristband. This action will automatically dial pre-set emergency contacts and send instant text, email, and app alerts to designated caregivers. The device also features an auto-answering speakerphone, allowing two-way communication even if the wearer cannot physically answer the call.

Ensure the device is regularly charged to maintain optimal functionality. The wristband uses a Lithium Polymer battery. Connect the included charging cable to the charging pins on the back of the device and plug it into a USB power source.
