2. Configuració i ús inicial
2.1 Desembalatge i càrrega
Upon unboxing your FLIR Edge Pro, ensure all components are present: the FLIR Edge Pro camera and the Getting Started Guide. The device includes a rechargeable Lithium Ion battery. Before first use, fully charge the camera using the provided USB-C port. A full charge typically takes approximately 20 minutes from factory shipment.
2.2 Instal·lació i connexió de l'aplicació

3. Operating the FLIR Edge Pro
3.1 Capturing Thermal Images and Videos
The FLIR ONE App serves as your interface for capturing and managing thermal data. Once connected, the live thermal feed will appear on your device's screen. You can adjust settings within the app to optimize your view.
- Tecnologia MSX: The app utilizes MSX (Multi-Spectral Dynamic Imaging) to enhance thermal images by embossing visual details from the integrated visual camera onto the thermal image. This provides greater clarity and context, making it easier to identify objects and problem areas.
- Mesura de la temperatura: The FLIR Edge Pro measures temperature within ±3°C or ±5% (when the unit is within 15°C – 35°C and the scene is within 5°C – 120°C). The app displays real-time temperature readings, often highlighting the hottest and coldest points in the frame.
- Captura d'imatge i vídeo: Use the dedicated buttons within the app to capture still thermal images or record thermal videos. Captured media is automatically saved to your device's gallery and can be uploaded to FLIR Ignite Cloud for easy organization and sharing.

3.2 Remote Inspection Capabilities
The wireless design of the FLIR Edge Pro allows for flexible inspection. You can detach the camera from your phone and use it to inspect areas that are difficult to reach or view directly, such as behind appliances, inside walls, or around corners, while viewing the live feed on your connected device.

4. Manteniment i cura
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your FLIR Edge Pro, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Neteja: Utilitzeu un suau, damp cloth to clean the exterior of the camera. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. For the lens, use a lens cleaning cloth specifically designed for optics.
