Follow these steps for initial setup and filter installation:
- Desempaquetar components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Ensure you have the upper chamber, lower chamber, lid, metal spigot, two black carbon filters, and any included accessories like a priming washer.
- Instal·leu Spigot: Attach the metal spigot to the lower chamber. Ensure all washers and nuts are correctly positioned and tightened to prevent leaks.
- Preparar filtres: Before first use, the black carbon filters must be primed. Attach the priming washer to a faucet and flush water through each filter for 60 seconds until water runs clear.
- Instal·lar filtres: Insert the primed black carbon filters into the holes in the base of the upper chamber. Secure them with the provided wing nuts.
- Muntar les cambres: Place the upper chamber onto the lower chamber.
- Emplenament inicial: Pour water into the upper chamber. The water will slowly filter into the lower chamber. Discard the first batch of filtered water to ensure any manufacturing residues are flushed out.
