Configuració
1. Verifying iPad Model Compatibility:
Before installing your iPad, ensure it is one of the compatible models: New iPad (A16) 11th Generation 11 Inch 2025 or iPad 10th Generation 10.9 Inch 2022 (Models: A2696/A2757/A2777). You can find your iPad's model number on the back of the device or in the device settings under General > About.

2. Installing Your iPad:
Gently align your iPad with the clear back shell of the case. Press firmly around the edges until the iPad snaps securely into place. Ensure all corners are properly seated within the case's protective airbags.
3. Placing the Apple Pencil:
The case features a dedicated slot for your 1st generation Apple Pencil and its USB-C adapter. Insert the front end of the Apple Pencil into the pen slot first, then gently push the rest of the pencil into the designated holder. This ensures proper protection and secure storage.

Cleaning Your Case:
To maintain the crystal clear appearance of your INFILAND iPad case, wipe it regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these may damage the transparent material or the case's finish. The German Bayer HD transparent material is designed to be anti-yellowing, ensuring long-lasting clarity.

Resolució de problemes

Ensure your iPad model matches the compatible models listed in the Product Overview section. If the model is correct, gently re-seat the iPad into the case, ensuring all corners click into place. Avoid forcing the device, as this may cause damage.
Auto Sleep/Wake Not Working:
Verify that the case cover is fully closing and making proper contact with the iPad screen. Ensure there are no obstructions between the cover and the screen. If the issue persists, check your iPad's settings to ensure the "Lock/Unlock" feature (for Smart Cover) is enabled.
