4.1 Unitat principal

5. Configuració
5.1 Instal·lació de la bateria
Proper battery installation is crucial for the correct functioning of your weather station.
- Sensor remot:
- Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote sensor.
- Introduïu 2 piles AAA, respectant la polaritat correcta (+/-).
- Select a channel (1, 2, or 3) using the switch inside the battery compartment. Remember this channel for the main unit setup.

5.2 Col·locació del sensor
For accurate outdoor readings, consider the following:
- Place the outdoor sensor in a shaded area, away from direct sunlight, which can cause artificially high temperature readings.
- Ensure it is protected from heavy rain or snow, even though it is weather-resistant.
- Mount the sensor vertically to allow proper drainage.
- Keep the sensor within the effective transmission range (typically up to 30 meters in open air) of the main unit, minimizing obstacles like thick walls or metal structures.

5.3 Initial Power-On and Synchronization
After inserting batteries, the main unit will automatically search for the outdoor sensor signal and the DCF radio signal for time synchronization.
- Place the main unit and the outdoor sensor close to each other during initial setup.
- The main unit will display indoor readings immediately. The outdoor readings will appear once the sensor signal is received. This may take a few minutes.
- The DCF radio signal icon will flash, indicating it is searching for the time signal. Once received, the time will be set automatically, and the icon will become solid. This process can take several minutes or even hours depending on location and interference.
- If the outdoor sensor signal is not received, press the 'CH' button on the main unit to select the channel you set on the sensor. If still unsuccessful, press the 'RESET' button on both units and repeat the battery installation steps.
- If the DCF signal is not received after a few hours, you may need to set the time manually (see Section 6.2).

The main unit's display provides comprehensive information:

- Hora i data: Radio-controlled time (12/24h format) and calendar.

- Min/Max Records: Highest and lowest recorded temperatures and humidity.
6.2 Manual Time and Date Setting
If the DCF signal is unavailable or you prefer manual setting:
- Press and hold the 'MODE' button for approximately 3 seconds to enter time setting mode.
- The setting value will flash. Use the 'UP' or 'DOWN' buttons to adjust the value.
- Press 'MODE' again to confirm the setting and move to the next item (e.g., 12/24h format, hour, minute, year, month, day, time zone).
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 until all settings are configured.
- Press 'MODE' one last time or wait 15 seconds for the unit to exit setting mode automatically.

- Briefly press the 'UP' button during normal display mode. The temperature unit will toggle between °C and °F.

The station records the highest and lowest temperature and humidity values.
- Press the 'DOWN' button repeatedly to cycle through current, maximum (MAX), and minimum (MIN) readings for indoor and outdoor temperature/humidity.
- To clear the recorded MAX/MIN values, press and hold the 'DOWN' button while MAX or MIN values are displayed.
6.5 Funció d'alarma i repetició

- In normal time display mode, press the 'MODE' button once to display the alarm time.
- Press and hold the 'MODE' button for 3 seconds. The alarm hour will flash.
- Use 'UP' or 'DOWN' to adjust the hour, then press 'MODE' to confirm.
- Adjust the alarm minute using 'UP' or 'DOWN', then press 'MODE' to confirm.
- To activate/deactivate the alarm, press the 'UP' button while the alarm time is displayed. An alarm icon will appear/disappear.
When the alarm sounds, press the 'SNOOZE/LIGHT' button to activate the snooze function. The alarm will sound again after approximately 5 minutes. To stop the alarm, press any other button.

- Briefly press the 'SNOOZE/LIGHT' button to activate the backlight for a few seconds.
7. Manteniment
