Proper Helmet Fit
A helmet must fit snugly to provide maximum protection. To check for proper fit:
- Place the helmet on your head, ensuring it sits level and covers your forehead.
- The cheek pads should press firmly against your cheeks.
- With the chin strap fastened, try to move the helmet from side to side and up and down. Your skin should move with the helmet, and it should not slide freely.
- Ensure there are no pressure points that cause discomfort.
Visor Installation and Removal
The HJ-34P shield is designed for easy installation and removal. Consult the quick-release mechanism located on the side plates of the helmet for specific instructions. Always ensure the shield is securely latched before riding to prevent accidental detachment.
Chin Strap Fastening
The helmet features a secure dual-ring chin strap system. To fasten:

The Advanced Channeling Ventilation System is designed to move heat and humidity out of the helmet, enhancing rider comfort during various riding conditions. Ensure vents are clear of obstructions for best performance.
Visor Operation and Features
The HJ-34P shield provides a wide field of view, 99% UV protection, and an anti-scratch coating. It is also Pinlock-ready, allowing for the installation of a Pinlock DKS463 anti-fog insert lens (sold separately) to prevent fogging in humid or cold conditions.

The visor's design offers an enlarged sight of view, contributing to better peripheral awareness. Always keep the visor clean and free from scratches for optimal visibility.
Bluetooth Speaker Pockets
The HJC C10 helmet includes integrated speaker pockets, making it compatible with various Bluetooth communication systems. These pockets allow for easy installation of speakers without compromising comfort or fit. Ensure your Bluetooth device is securely mounted using a compatible clamp posició.

Interior Liner Cleaning
The crown and cheek pads of your HJC C10 helmet are fully removable and washable. To clean:
- Carefully remove the crown and cheek pads from the helmet.
- Hand wash the pads using mild soap and lukewarm water. Avoid harsh detergents or bleach.
- Rinse thoroughly and gently squeeze out excess water.
- Allow the pads to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area, away from direct heat or sunlight, before reinstallation.
