The Unitech HT330 is a robust 4-inch rugged handheld terminal designed for demanding environments such as retail and warehousing. It features Android 12 with GMS certification, a powerful Zebra 2D scan engine, and a long-lasting 5200mAh battery for extended operation.

2. Configuració

2.1 Desembalatge i inspecció inicial

Traieu amb cura tots els components de l'embalatge. Verifiqueu que hi hagi els elements següents:

• Unitech HT330 Handheld Terminal
• 5200mAh Lithium-ion Battery (pre-installed or separate)
• Cable USB
• Corretja de mà
• Guia d'inici ràpid (si escau)

Inspect the device for any visible damage. If any components are missing or damaged, contact Unitech support immediately.

2.2 Instal·lació i càrrega de la bateria

The HT330 is equipped with a removable 5200mAh Lithium-ion battery. To install or replace the battery:

1. Assegureu-vos que el dispositiu estigui apagat.
2. Localitzeu la tapa del compartiment de la bateria a la part posterior del dispositiu.
3. Slide the latch to unlock and remove the cover.
4. Insert the battery, aligning the contacts correctly.
5. Replace the battery cover and slide the latch to lock it securely.

To charge the device, connect the supplied USB cable to the terminal's USB-C port and the other end to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer. A full charge typically takes approximately 4-5 hours. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status.

2.3 Assistent d'encesa inicial i configuració

Press and hold the Power button (located on the side of the device) for a few seconds until the Unitech logo appears. The device will boot up and guide you through the initial Android setup wizard. Follow the on-screen prompts to:

3. Funcionament del dispositiu

3.1 Navegació bàsica

The HT330 combines a touchscreen interface with a physical keypad for versatile navigation.

• Pantalla tàctil: Use standard Android gestures (tap, swipe, pinch-to-zoom) to interact with applications and menus.
• Teclat: The 32-key numeric keypad allows for precise data entry and navigation. Function keys (F1, F2, F3) can be programmed for specific actions.
• Botó d'encesa: Short press to turn the screen on/off. Long press to access power options (Power off, Restart).

3.2 Escaneig de codis de barres

The integrated Zebra 2D scan engine provides reliable and fast barcode scanning for 1D and 2D codes.

1. Open an application that supports barcode input (e.g., inventory management app).
2. Point the scanner window (located at the top of the device) towards the barcode.
3. Press the dedicated scan button (typically on the side or front, often blue) to activate the scanner. A red aiming line or illumination will appear.
4. Ensure the barcode is within the aiming line for optimal reading. A successful scan will usually be indicated by a beep or vibration.

3.3 Optical Character Recognition (OCR)

The HT330 supports OCR technology through Unitech USS software, allowing conversion of numbers or characters from physical surfaces into digital formats. Refer to the Unitech USS software documentation for detailed instructions on configuring and using OCR.

3.4 Connectivity (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G LTE, GPS)

• Wi-Fi: Access Wi-Fi settings via Configuració > Xarxa i Internet > Wi-Fi to connect to available networks (2.4G+5GHz bandwidth supported).
• Bluetooth: Enable Bluetooth via Configuració> Dispositius connectats> Preferències de connexió> Bluetooth to pair with compatible devices (Bluetooth 5.0).
• 4G LTE: Insert a SIM card into the designated slot to enable 4G LTE connectivity for mobile data and calls.
• GPS: The integrated GPS function provides precise location tracking for navigation and location-based applications. Ensure location services are enabled in Configuració> Ubicació.

4. Manteniment

4.1 Neteja del dispositiu

To maintain optimal performance and hygiene, regularly clean your HT330:

• Utilitzeu un drap suau i sense pelusa lleugerament dampnetejat amb aigua o un netejador suau i no abrasiu.
• Netegeu suaument la pantalla i el cos del dispositiu.
• No utilitzeu productes químics agressius, dissolvents ni materials abrasius, ja que poden danyar el dispositiu.
• Ensure all ports are dry before connecting any cables.

4.2 Cura de la bateria

Proper battery care extends the lifespan of your device's battery:

• Eviteu descarregar completament la bateria amb freqüència.
• Guardeu el dispositiu en un lloc fresc i sec quan no el feu servir durant períodes prolongats.
• Use only Unitech-approved charging accessories.

4.3 Actualitzacions de programari
