The Mont Alpi MAi400-DBEV outdoor kitchen island arrives almost fully assembled. Modular attachments may require minor assembly. Ensure the unit is placed on a level, stable surface with adequate clearance from combustible materials.

The grill is configured for propane use and includes a propane hose and regulator. For natural gas conversion, a Mont Alpi Natural Gas Conversion Kit (sold separately) is required.
