3. Configuració

3.1 Càrrega del dispositiu

1. Connecteu el cable tipus C proporcionat al port de càrrega del dispositiu.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to the charger (Input: AC 100-240V, Output: 5V, 2A) and plug it into a power outlet.
3. The device will indicate charging status on the screen. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.

The device supports a standard SIM card for 3G network communication.

2. Insert the thermal paper roll (58x40mm recommended) into the compartment, ensuring the paper feeds out from the bottom of the roll.
3. Pull a small length of paper out beyond the cutting edge.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Encès/Apagat

• Per encendre: Press and hold the power button (usually on the side) until the screen lights up.
• Per apagar: Press and hold the power button, then select 'Power Off' from the options displayed on the screen.

To print receipts, you will need a compatible POS application installed on the device. Once the application is set up:

1. Ensure thermal paper is correctly loaded (refer to Section 3.3).
2. Open your POS application and complete the transaction or select the document to print.
3. Initiate the print command within the application. The device's integrated thermal printer will automatically print the receipt.

4.5 Connectivitat de xarxa

The device supports multiple connectivity options:

5. Manteniment

5.1 Neteja del dispositiu

• Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and exterior of the device.

• No ruixeu líquids directament sobre el dispositiu.

5.2 Cura de la bateria

• Eviteu exposar el dispositiu a temperatures extremes, ja que poden reduir la durada de la bateria.
• Per a una durada òptima de la bateria, eviteu descarregar-la completament amb freqüència.
• Si no heu d'utilitzar el dispositiu durant un període prolongat, carregueu-lo al 50% aproximadament abans de guardar-lo.

6. Solució De Problemes

• El dispositiu és lent o no respon: Try closing background applications. If the issue persists, restart the device.
• Cannot print receipts: Ensure thermal paper is loaded correctly and the printer cover is closed. Verify that the printing application is configured properly and has sufficient permissions. Check for any error messages on the screen.
• Cannot change language from Chinese: Navega a Settings > System > Languages & input > Languages per seleccionar el vostre idioma preferit.
• Missing charger or other parts: Contact your vendor or Bisofice customer support for assistance.
• Network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi/3G/Bluetooth): Check network settings. For Wi-Fi, ensure you have the correct password. For 3G, verify SIM card installation and mobile data plan. For Bluetooth, ensure the device you are trying to connect to is discoverable.
