1. Configuració

1.1. Unboxing & Components

En obrir el paquet, trobareu els components següents:

• RAINPOINT Bluetooth Sprinkler Timer unit
• Teflon tape for sealing connections
• Spare hose gaskets (including one with a screen filter)

1.2. Instal·lació de la bateria

The timer requires 3 AAA alkaline batteries (not included). To install:

1. Unscrew the timer unit to access the battery compartment.
2. Inseriu 3 piles AAA, assegurant la polaritat correcta.

1.3. App Download & Pairing

To control your timer via Bluetooth, download the RainPoint APP:

1. Cerca "RainPoint" on Google Play or Apple App Store.
2. Install and open the RainPoint APP. Follow prompts to register or log in.
3. Assegureu-vos que el Bluetooth del telèfon estigui activat.
4. On the timer, press and hold the timer button until the blue LED flashes rapidly, indicating it's ready to connect.
5. In the app, select "Add Device" and choose "Bluetooth Smart Irrigation Timer" under the "Smart Irrigation" category.
6. Confirm the prompt and click "Next" to begin pairing.
7. Once found, press the "+" button next to the device and tap "Next" after connection is finished. Press "Done" for final confirmation.

1.4. Instal·lació física

The timer is designed for a 3/4" faucet inlet and 3/4" standard garden hose outlet.

1. Install the filter into the timer's inlet.
2. Screw the timer onto your outdoor faucet. Ensure a tight fit to prevent leaks.

2. Funcionament

2.1. Interfície de l'aplicacióview

The main page of the app displays essential information including weekdays, battery status, device status, weather information, irrigation duration, last run time, and next run time.

2.2. Reg manual

You can initiate instant watering directly from the app. Tap the central circle in the app to set the manual watering time, from 1 minute up to 24 hours.

2.3. Programació

The Bluetooth irrigation timer offers two schedule types:

• Horari normal: Set the device to water at specific times.
• Cicle i remull: Run the watering schedule repeatedly within a defined period, allowing water to soak into the soil between cycles.

The irrigation timer features a rain delay function with options for 24H, 48H, and 72H. This allows you to pause scheduled watering to conserve water during rainy periods.

2.5. Remote Control Range

The newly upgraded water timer offers a super long Bluetooth connection distance of up to 60 meters (200 feet). The watering timer will follow and perform the preset watering schedule even if your phone is out of the best connecting range or the app shows disconnection.

3. Manteniment

3.1. Neteja de filtres

Please clean the inlet filter regularly to ensure optimal performance and prevent blockages. Replace the filter if it is worn or damaged to prolong the life of the timer.

3.2. Emmagatzematge d'hivern

Under freezing temperatures (below 37.4℉ or 3℃), the timer should be removed from the faucet and stored indoors to avoid potential freezing damage to the unit.

3.3. Actualitzacions de firmware

The system will automatically push update notifications if a new device firmware is found. It is recommended to update the device to the latest version for improved functionality and performance. Ensure Bluetooth remains on and your phone is close to the device during the update process.

• Device Connection Failure: Ensure the device is powered on and has sufficient battery capacity. Place your mobile phone as close as possible to the device. If the device has been connected to another mobile phone, close that connection and try again.
• Fuga: Ensure all connections are tightened properly. Check the hose gaskets and filter for proper seating and wear. Replace if necessary.
