The aircraft comes almost ready-to-fly (RTF Basic), requiring only a compatible LiPo battery and charger, which are sold separately.

The HobbyZone AeroScout S 2 1.1m is designed for quick and easy assembly, making it almost ready-to-fly right out of the box. Most electronic components, including the ESC, motor, servos, and receiver, are pre-installed. Users primarily need to attach the wings and tail sections, and connect the necessary control linkages.

1. Carefully unpack all components from the box, ensuring no parts are missing.
2. Attach the main wing to the fuselage. Ensure it is securely fastened according to the provided diagrams.
3. Install the horizontal and vertical stabilizers (tail sections). Verify that all control surfaces move freely and correctly.
4. Connect the pushrods from the servos to the corresponding control horns on the ailerons, elevator, and rudder. Ensure there is no binding and that movements are smooth.
5. Install the landing gear. The robust tricycle landing gear is designed for durability and easy ground handling.
6. Insert your charged LiPo battery into the designated compartment and secure it.
7. Perform a pre-flight check as detailed in the operating section to ensure all systems are functioning correctly before your first flight.

Comprovacions prèvies al vol

• Mode principiant

  Pitch and bank angle limits prevent over-control, making it easier to maintain stable flight. When control sticks are released, the airplane automatically returns to level flight. Takeoffs are simplified by applying full throttle or performing a quick hand launch.

• Mode intermedi

  Offers more freedom in pitch and bank while still preventing over-control. This mode allows for tighter turns and controlled climbs/descents as your skills improve. Beginner mode automatically activates and returns the airplane to level flight when the airplane descends below approximately 30 feet above ground level and the sticks are released.

• Mode experimentat

  Provides full control with no pitch or bank angle limits, allowing for advanced aerobatic maneuvers including loops, rolls, and stall turns. This mode is for pilots who have gained confidence and proficiency.

• Recuperació del pànic

  If you ever lose control of the airplane in the more advanced control modes, simply switch to Beginner Mode and release the control sticks. SAFE® technology will automatically return the airplane to level flight, providing an immediate safety net.
