4. Configuració i inspecció inicial

The FITBENCH ONE is designed for minimal setup. Upon unboxing, perform the following steps:

1. Carefully remove the FITBENCH ONE and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Place the bench on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the bench for safe exercise.
3. Open the bench top. The soft-close mechanism will assist in a controlled opening.
4. Verify that all listed package contents are present and undamaged.
5. Familiarize yourself with the storage compartments for dumbbells, kettlebells, and the slam ball.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Adjusting the Bench Incline

The FITBENCH ONE features an adjustable incline mechanism, allowing for a variety of exercises targeting different muscle groups. To adjust the incline:

1. Ensure the bench top is fully open and all equipment is securely stored or removed.
2. Locate the adjustment mechanism (typically a pin or lever system) underneath the bench top.
3. Carefully lift or lower the bench top to the desired angle, ensuring the mechanism locks securely into place.
4. Before use, gently test the stability of the bench at the new incline setting.

5.2 Using the Included Equipment

The FITBENCH ONE is designed to integrate seamlessly with its included workout tools:

• Dumbbells: Six pairs of dumbbells (5lb to 30lb) are stored in dedicated slots. Select the appropriate weight for your exercise. Always return dumbbells to their designated slots after use.
• Kettlebells: The 18lb and 30lb kettlebells are stored in a compartment accessible from the side. Use the handle to safely remove and replace them.

• Slam Ball: The 15lb slam ball is stored in its own compartment. It is designed for high-impact exercises.
• FITBANDS: The three resistance bands can be attached to the hooks located on the back of the bench for various resistance exercises. Ensure bands are securely attached before applying tension.
