1. Introducció

4. Configuració

4.1 Mounting the Lock Holder

The AXA Fold Lite C100 comes with a holder that can be attached to your bicycle frame. The holder can be mounted in two ways:

Using Bottle Cage Mounts: If your bicycle has bottle cage mounting points, the holder can be directly screwed onto these points.
Using Mounting Straps: For frames without bottle cage mounts, use the two included mounting straps to secure the holder to a suitable part of your bicycle frame. Ensure the straps are tightened securely to prevent movement during riding.

The revolutionary locking mechanism of the holder ensures the lock sits firmly and does not rattle while riding. The design allows the lock to be removed and inserted without sliding, making it suitable for various frame designs.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Setting Your Personal Combination Code

The AXA Fold Lite C100 comes with a preset combination (usually 0000). You can set your own 4-digit code:

Open the lock using the current combination (factory default is 0000).
Locate the reset mechanism. This is typically a small button or lever on the side or bottom of the lock body. Consult the diagram on the product packaging if unsure.
While the lock is open, press and hold the reset button/lever.
Rotate the dials to your desired 4-digit combination. Choose a memorable but secure code.
Release the reset button/lever. Your new combination is now set.
Scramble the dials to lock the mechanism. Test your new combination immediately to ensure it works correctly before locking your bicycle.

Remove the lock from its holder.
Enter your personal 4-digit combination to open the lock.
Unfold the lock's segments to extend its length. The flexible joints allow for easy handling and wrapping around your bicycle frame and a fixed object (e.g., a bike rack, lamppublicació).
Pass the lock around your bicycle frame and a secure, immovable object.
Insert the end of the lock into the locking mechanism until it clicks securely.

5.3 Desbloqueig de la bicicleta

Pull the lock open.
Remove the lock from your bicycle and the fixed object.
Fold the lock segments back into their compact form and place it back into its holder on the bicycle frame.

6. Manteniment
