Guia de configuració

Follow these steps to set up your Centon External SSD:

Connecteu l'SSD: Locate the USB port on your computer (desktop or laptop). Your Centon External SSD comes with a USB cable that supports both USB-C and USB-A connections.
- For USB-C ports: Directly plug the USB-C end of the cable into your computer's USB-C port and the other end into the SSD.
- For USB-A ports: Use the included USB-A adapter on the USB-C cable, then plug the USB-A end into your computer's USB-A port and the other end into the SSD.
Encès: The SSD draws power directly from the USB connection. No external power supply is needed.
Reconeixement del dispositiu: Your operating system (Windows or macOS) should automatically detect the SSD. It may appear as a new drive in "My Computer" (Windows) or "Finder" (macOS).
Initial Formatting (if necessary): The drive comes pre-formatted as exFAT for cross-platform compatibility. If you wish to use a different file system (e.g., NTFS for Windows, HFS+ or APFS for macOS), you can format the drive using your operating system's disk utility. Using your Centon External SSD for data transfer is straightforward:

Accés a la unitat: Once connected and recognized, open "File Explorer" (Windows) or "Finder" (macOS) and navigate to the drive. It will typically be labeled as "Centon SSD" or similar.

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Centon External SSD, consider the following maintenance tips:
