Configuració

Installing Router Bits

1. Assegureu-vos que l'alimentació estigui desconnectada: Always unplug the router from the power source before installing or changing bits.
2. Unscrew the Chuck: Use the provided wrenches to loosen the chuck nut.

3. Insert the Router Bit: Insert the desired router bit into the collet. Ensure it is fully seated.
4. Estrenyeu el mandril: Use the wrenches to securely tighten the chuck nut. The spindle lock can be engaged to prevent rotation during tightening.

Attaching Guides and Accessories

• Trimming Guide & Template Guide: These guides can be attached for accurate machining and following templates.

Control de potència i velocitat

• Encès/apagat: Use the switch located on the front of the router to turn the tool on or off.
• Ajust de velocitat variable: The speed control dial allows you to select from 6 settings, ranging from 12,000 to 30,000 RPM. Adjust the speed according to the material and the type of cut you are making. Higher speeds are generally used for finer cuts and softer materials, while lower speeds are for harder materials or larger bits.

Ajust de profunditat

• Ajust de profunditat: Loosen the locking lever on the side of the router base. Use the depth adjustment knob to raise or lower the router bit to the desired cutting depth, referencing the depth scale.
• Locking Depth: Once the desired depth is set, firmly tighten the locking lever to secure the setting.
