2. Instruccions de seguretat

Please read and understand all safety instructions before assembling and using the workbench. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.

• Always ensure all bolts and fasteners are securely tightened before use.
• Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 50 kg (110 lbs) for the work surface or shelves.
• Distribute weight evenly across the work surface and shelves.

3. Contingut del paquet

Verifiqueu que tots els components siguin presents i no estiguin danyats abans de començar el muntatge. Si falta alguna peça o està danyada, poseu-vos en contacte amb el servei d'atenció al client.

4. Instruccions de muntatge

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to have a second person assist with assembly.

1. Desempaquetar components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface. Identify each component using the parts list.
2. Muntar el marc principal: Connect the vertical steel posts with the horizontal crossbars using the provided bolts, nuts, and washers. Do not fully tighten bolts until all frame components are in place.
3. Install the Lower Shelf: Place the lower MDF shelf onto the designated supports within the frame. Secure it with bolts, ensuring it is level.
4. Attach the Side Pegboards: Mount the two pegboards to the side sections of the steel frame using the appropriate hardware.
5. Install the Middle Shelf: Position the middle MDF shelf onto its supports and secure it with bolts.
6. Attach the Top Work Surface: Place the main MDF work surface onto the top frame. Secure it firmly with bolts.
7. Install Wheels and Feet: Attach the two wheels to the designated holes on one side of the workbench base. Install the two rubber feet on the opposite side. Ensure they are securely fastened.

8. Ajustament final: Once all components are in place and aligned, fully tighten all bolts and fasteners using the provided wrench.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1. Ajust d'alçada

The workbench height can be adjusted to suit your ergonomic needs. The height can be set between 66 cm and 82 cm.

1. Loosen the bolts on the vertical posts that secure the top work surface and middle shelf.
2. Carefully raise or lower the work surface to the desired height, aligning the holes in the posts with the desired height setting (e.g., 660, 700, 740, 780, 820 mm).
3. Reinsert and securely tighten all bolts to lock the work surface at the new height. Ensure all four corners are at the same height for stability.

5.2. Mobilitat i estabilitat

The workbench is designed for flexible use with two wheels on one side and two rubber feet on the other.

• To move the workbench, lift the side with the rubber feet slightly and roll it on the wheels.
• For stationary use, ensure the rubber feet are firmly on the ground to prevent movement and provide stability.

5.3. Emmagatzematge

Utilize the two shelves and side pegboards for organized storage of tools and materials.

• The middle and lower shelves provide space for larger tools, boxes, or project components.
• The side pegboards allow for hanging smaller tools and accessories using standard pegboard hooks (not included), keeping them easily accessible.

6. Manteniment

Regular maintenance will prolong the life of your workbench.

7. Solució De Problemes

7.1. Workbench is Unstable

• Verify that the workbench is placed on a level surface.
• Check that the height adjustment bolts are securely fastened at all four corners.

7.2. Difficulty Adjusting Height

• Ensure all bolts securing the work surface and middle shelf are sufficiently loosened before attempting to adjust.
• Do not force the adjustment. If resistance is met, recheck for any obstructions or misaligned holes.
