1. Instruccions de seguretat importants

Quan utilitzeu aparells elèctrics, sempre s'han de seguir les precaucions bàsiques de seguretat per reduir el risc d'incendi, descàrrega elèctrica i/o lesions a les persones, incloses les següents:

• Per protegir-vos contra incendis, descàrregues elèctriques i lesions personals, no submergiu el cable, els endolls ni el bullidor elèctric en aigua ni en altres líquids.
• És necessària una supervisió estreta quan qualsevol aparell és utilitzat per o a prop dels nens.
• Desendolleu la presa de corrent quan no utilitzeu i abans de netejar. Deixeu refredar abans de posar o treure peces i abans de netejar l'aparell.

3. Configuració i primer ús

Desembalatge:

• Remove all packaging from your new electric kettle.

• Unravel the power cord from the base as needed. The base features a cord wrap for tidy storage.

To ensure the kettle is clean and ready for use, perform the following steps:

1. Fill the kettle with water up to the 'MAX' fill line (1.5L).
2. Bring the water to a boil (see Operating Instructions).
3. Once boiled, discard the water.
4. Repeat this process 2–3 times to remove any manufacturing residues.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

Omplir la tetera:

1. Press the lid release button on the handle to open the lid. The lid can open to 45° or be manually raised to 80° for wider access.
2. Fill the kettle with fresh water. Do not fill below the 'MIN' line or above the 'MAX' line (1.5L). Overfilling may cause boiling water to spill out.

5. Cura i Manteniment

Neteja:

• The interior of the kettle should be hand washed. The seamless design makes it easy to clean and prevents limescale from trapping in crevices.
• No submergiu la tetera o la base elèctrica en aigua o cap altre líquid.

Descalcificació:

Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) can build up inside the kettle, affecting its performance. Regular descaling is recommended.

1. Ompliu la tetera amb 2 tasses de vinagre blanc i 2 tasses d'aigua.
2. Porteu la barreja a ebullició.
3. Let the mixture soak in the kettle for at least 30 minutes, or longer if the buildup is heavy.
4. Buideu la tetera i esbandiu-la bé amb aigua fresca.
5. For stubborn deposits, gently scrub the interior with a non-abrasive sponge or brush after soaking.
