4. Configuració i instal·lació

The floodlight is designed for effortless installation with no wiring required.

4.1. Triar una ubicació

• Select a location for the floodlight that provides the desired illumination coverage for your garden, porch, or driveway.
• For the solar panel, choose a spot that receives direct sunlight for 8-10 hours daily, especially during peak daylight hours. The 5-meter extension cable allows flexibility in positioning the solar panel away from the light unit if needed.

4.2. Muntatge de la unitat

1. Using the included fixings, screw the detachable bracket securely to your chosen wall or surface. The bracket offers both wall and table mount options.
2. Attach the floodlight unit to the mounted bracket. Ensure it is firmly secured.
3. Connect the solar panel cable to the floodlight unit. Ensure the connection is tight and secure to maintain the IP65 rating.
4. Adjust the angle of both the solar panel and the light unit to optimize solar exposure and direct light where needed.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

The floodlight operates automatically based on light levels and motion detection.

5.1. Càrrec inicial

Before first use, allow the solar panel to charge the internal Li-ion 3.7V (4000mAh) battery for 8-10 hours in direct sunlight. The light will not operate during daylight hours.

5.2. Motion Sensor Modes

The PIR photocell motion sensor offers two primary operating modes, which can be selected via controls on the unit:

• Mode 1 (Full Brightness then Dims): When motion is detected, the light illuminates at full brightness (1500lm). After 20 seconds of no motion, it will dim to a lower brightness level to conserve power while still providing ambient light.
• Mode 2 (Full Brightness then Off): When motion is detected, the light illuminates at full brightness (1500lm). After 20 seconds of no motion, it will turn off completely.
• Continual Light Mode: Both the PIR and photocell sensors can be disabled to allow the light to operate continually at a set brightness level during darkness, until the battery depletes or daylight returns.

The motion sensor has a detection range of up to 10 meters and a 120° angle. Ensure the sensor is not obstructed for optimal performance.
