3. Configuració i instal·lació

Follow these steps to set up your VECYS BYCZT573 unit.

3.1 Desembalatge

• Traieu amb cura l'aparell del seu embalatge.
• Check for any damage that may have occurred during transit. Contact customer support if any damage is found.
• Ensure all accessories are present: water pipe (118 inches), switch faucet, and Teflon tape.

3.2 Col·locació

• Place the unit on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
• Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit (at least 4 inches of space from walls).

3.3 Connexió de la línia d'aigua

The VECYS BYCZT573 connects directly to your home's water supply. A universal adapter and pipe are included.

• Tanqueu el subministrament d'aigua principal abans de començar la instal·lació.
• Locate a suitable cold water line connection point, typically under a sink.
• Install the provided switch faucet onto the cold water line. Use Teflon tape on threaded connections to prevent leaks.
• Connect one end of the provided water pipe to the switch faucet.
• Connect the other end of the water pipe to the 'Inlet Line' port at the back of the VECYS unit. Ensure connections are secure.
• Slowly turn on the main water supply and check for any leaks. Tighten connections if necessary.

3.4 Connexió d'alimentació

• Allow the unit to stand upright for at least 2 hours before initial use to allow refrigerants to settle.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

The VECYS BYCZT573 offers simple operation via its LED control panel.

4.2 Dispensació d'aigua freda

• Place a glass or container under the water dispenser spout.
• Press the 'Water Dispense' button on the control panel.
• Release the button to stop water flow.

4.3 Fabricació de gel

• Press the 'Ice Making' button on the control panel to start the ice production cycle.
• The unit will begin producing ice. A batch of ice typically takes 6-8 minutes.
• The 'Ice-Full' indicator will light up when the ice basket is full. The unit will automatically pause ice production.
• To resume ice production, remove some ice from the basket.
• Nota: Cold water dispensing and ice making cannot occur simultaneously. The primary function is cold water, with ice making as a secondary feature. Ice cubes will melt if left in the basket as it is not a freezer.

5. Manteniment

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your VECYS BYCZT573 unit.

5.1 UV Self-Cleaning

• The unit is equipped with a UV self-cleaning component to purify the internal water system.
• To activate, press the 'UV Sterilization' button on the control panel.
• Refer to the control panel for the duration of the cleaning cycle.

5.2 Neteja general

• Safata de degoteig: Regularly remove and empty the drip tray. Wash it with mild soap and water, then rinse and dry thoroughly before replacing.
• Neteja interior: Periodically drain the internal water tank. Unplug the unit, disconnect the water inlet, and open the drain plug (located at the back of the unit) to empty the water. Rinse with clean water and drain again.
• Cistella de gel: Clean the ice basket with mild soap and water as needed.

• Ensure the rear ventilation area is clear of obstructions to allow proper airflow for the compressor.
