4. Configuració

4.1 Càrrega inicial

Before first use, fully charge the device using the provided USB cable. Connect the USB cable to the detector's charging port and a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The device can operate while charging.

Place it in areas where carbon monoxide detection is critical, such as near combustion appliances, in living spaces, or during travel in RVs or tents. 5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Encès/Apagat

Press and hold the power button (location typically on the side or back) for a few seconds to turn the device on or off. The display will illuminate upon activation.

The 2.2-inch HD display provides real-time readings:

The detector uses a multi-stage alarm system:

• 0-100 ppm CO: Green indicator light and a smiling emoji. Indicates safe levels.
• 100-200 ppm CO: Yellow indicator light and an expressionless emoji. Serves as a warning.
• 200-500 ppm CO: Red indicator light, a sad emoji, and a continuous 85dB audible alarm. Indicates dangerous levels requiring immediate action.

5.4 Prova del detector

To verify the CO sensor functionality, expose the detector to a source of incomplete combustion, such as smoke from a cigarette or burning paper. The CO concentration on the screen should change, and if levels reach 200 ppm, the alarm will activate. Do not test with car exhaust or in overly ventilated areas, as low CO concentrations may not trigger the sensor.

6. Manteniment

6.1 Neteja

Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or immerse the device in water. Ensure the sensor vents are clear of dust and debris.
