2. Instruccions de seguretat
- Llegeix el manual: Always read this manual thoroughly before operating the machine.
- Font d'alimentació: Ensure the machine is connected to a stable and appropriate power supply. Use the provided grounding wire to prevent electrical hazards.
- Cartutxos de tinta: Handle ink cartridges with care. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with water. Keep cartridges out of reach of children.
- Parts mòbils: Mantingueu les mans i la roba solta allunyades de les peces mòbils durant el funcionament.
- Medi ambient: Operate the machine in a well-ventilated area. Avoid extreme temperatures and humidity.
- Manteniment: Desconnecteu l'alimentació abans de realitzar qualsevol manteniment o neteja.
- Parada d'emergència: Familiaritzar-se amb els procediments d'aturada d'emergència.

5. Configuració
5.1 Mounting the Printer
The Phezer PW1 is designed for integration into existing production lines. Use the provided mounting assembly and nozzle fixed bracket to securely attach the print head and main unit to your conveyor system.
- Attach the mounting assembly to a stable surface near your production line.
- Secure the printer main unit and print head to the mounting assembly using the provided screws.
- Position the print head to ensure optimal distance and alignment with the products on the conveyor.
- Connect the optical sensor to its bracket and position it to detect products for printing triggers.

5.2 Installing the Ink Cartridge
- Assegureu-vos que la impressora estigui apagada.
- Open the cartridge cover on the print head.
- Carefully insert the quick-drying ink cartridge into the slot until it clicks into place.
- Tanqueu la tapa del cartutx.
Nota: The printer uses original HP ink cartridges for best performance.
5.3 Connexió d'alimentació
- Connect the power adapter to the printer main unit.
- Connecteu l'adaptador d'alimentació a una presa de corrent amb connexió a terra.
- Connect the grounding wire to the designated terminal on the printer and to a reliable ground source.
6. Funcionament
6.1 Engegada i configuració inicial
- Press the power button on the main unit. The 7-inch HD touch screen will illuminate.
- Upon first use, you may need to select your preferred language. The printer supports over 20 languages.
- The system boots in approximately 7 seconds.

6.2 Creating and Editing Print Content
The intuitive touch screen interface allows for easy creation and editing of print messages.
- From the main menu, select "Edit" to create a new message or modify an existing one.
- You can input text, time/date variables, images, logos, barcodes (including QR codes and DM-GS1 codes), and other variable data.
- Use the on-screen keyboard and operation buttons for navigation and adjustments. The interface supports one-key zoom in and out.
- Import data (e.g., Excel, images, fonts) via the USB port.
- Adjust font size, style, and ink blackness (up to 10 times blackening for unsatisfactory printing effects).

6.3 Procés d'impressió
- Once your message is created and saved, select "Print" from the main menu.
- Ensure the print head is correctly positioned over the product path.
- Start your production line. The photoelectric sensor will detect products and trigger printing automatically.
- The printer supports a maximum print speed of 70 meters/minute.
- Monitor the print quality and adjust settings as needed. The rolling preview feature allows real-time monitoring of edited content.

8. Manteniment
8.1 Neteja del capçal d'impressió
- Regularly clean the print head to ensure optimal print quality and prevent clogging.
- Power off the machine before cleaning.
- Use a lint-free cloth lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol or a specialized print head cleaning solution.
- Gently wipe the nozzle surface. Do not rub vigorously.
- Allow the print head to dry completely before resuming operation.
8.2 Substitució dels cartutxos de tinta
- When the ink level is low or the print quality deteriorates, replace the ink cartridge.
- Apagueu la màquina.
- Open the cartridge cover and carefully remove the empty cartridge.
- Insert a new original HP ink cartridge as described in Section 5.2.
- Close the cover and power on the machine.
Important: If the line is idle for an extended period, it is recommended to flush and clean the print head to prevent ink from drying out, as ink dries quickly.
