Introducció
This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Bisofice D1002 TAM-T Cordless Phone System. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper functionality and to prevent damage.

Instruccions de configuració
1. Component Overview

2. Instal·lació de la bateria
- Obriu la tapa del compartiment de la bateria a la part posterior de cada auricular.
- Insert the provided AAA rechargeable batteries, observing the correct polarity (+ and -).
- Tanqueu bé la tapa del compartiment de la bateria.
3. Connexió de la unitat base
- Connect one end of the telephone line cord to the LINE jack on the main base unit.
- Connecteu l'altre extrem del cable de la línia telefònica a la presa de paret del telèfon.
- Plug one power adapter into the DC 6V jack on the main base unit.

- Place one handset on the main base unit to charge.
4. Connecting Additional Charging Bases
- Plug the remaining power adapters into the DC 6V jacks on the additional charging bases.
- Plug these power adapters into standard electrical outlets.
- Place the remaining handsets on their respective charging bases to charge.
5. Càrrec inicial
Allow all handsets to charge for at least 12-15 hours before initial use to ensure optimal battery performance.
Instruccions de funcionament
1. Funcions de trucada bàsiques
- Fer una trucada: Enter the phone number using the number keys, then press the Talk/Dial botó.
- Respondre una trucada: Quan soni el telèfon, premeu la tecla Talk/Dial botó.
- Finalització d'una trucada: Premeu el botó Final/Potència botó.
- Torna a marcar: Premeu el botó Torna a marcar/Pausa botó per tornar a marcar l'últim número trucat.
- Pausa: Utilitza el Torna a marcar/Pausa button during dialing to insert a pause.
- Silenciar: Premeu el botó Mute/OK/Menu button during a call to mute your microphone. Press again to unmute.

2. Answering Machine (Main Base Unit)
The main base unit features an integrated answering machine with up to 240 minutes of recording capacity.
- Reproducció de missatges: Premeu el botó Jugar botó de la unitat base.
- Recording Announcements: You can record two group announcements. The maximum memo recording is 120 seconds. Refer to the detailed manual section for specific steps to record your outgoing message.
- Eliminació de missatges: Premeu el botó DEL button on the base unit to delete recordings.
3. Agenda telefònica
The phonebook can store up to 50 entries, each with a maximum of 12 characters for the name and 20 digits for the number.
- Afegir una entrada: Navigate to the phonebook menu, select 'Add New', enter the name and number, then save.
- Viewing Entries: Premeu el botó Phonebook/Back button to access the phonebook. Use the navigation keys to scroll.

4. Identificador de trucada
The phone supports Caller ID, displaying the number of incoming calls. It stores 30 incoming numbers and 10 outgoing numbers.
- Viewregistre de trucades: Access the call log through the menu to view incoming and outgoing calls.
5. Multi-Handset Connection & Conference Calls
The system supports connecting up to 5 handsets to one base unit. Each handset can also be registered to up to 4 base units.

The system also supports three-way conference calls between an external call and two handsets.

6. Configuració d'idioma
The handset interface offers 16 language options:
- Portuguese, Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Hungarian, Greek, Polish, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Turkish, Russian, and Ukrainian.
To change the language, navigate to the settings menu on the handset and select 'Language'.

7. Ringtones and Flash Time
- Tons de trucada: Choose from 10 selectable ringtones. Volume is adjustable. Different melodies can be assigned for various call types.
- Flash Time: The flash time (100/300/600/1000 ms) can be adjusted to suit different telephone lines or automatic intermediaries.
Manteniment
- Neteja: Utilitzeu un suau, damp cloth to clean the phone and base units. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Cura de la bateria: Ensure batteries are fully charged regularly. If the phone will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries.
