Configuració

1. Download the Ring App

Download the Ring app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Cerca "Ring".

2. Create or Log In to Your Account

Follow the in-app instructions to create a new Ring account or log in if you already have one.

In the Ring app, tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top left corner, then select "Set Up a Device". Choose "Security Cameras" and follow the prompts to scan the QR code on your camera or its packaging.

Operating Your Ring Stick Up Cam Plug-In

Viu View

Access real-time video and audio from your camera at any time through the Ring app. Simply open the app and select your camera to initiate Live View.

Set up customizable privacy zones to exclude certain areas from video recording. You can also enable audio privacy to disable audio recording.

Manteniment

Resolució de problemes

Problema	Possible solució
Camera offline or not connecting to Wi-Fi	Check your Wi-Fi signal strength in the Ring app (Device Health). Ensure your Wi-Fi router is working correctly. Try restarting your camera by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in. Verify your Wi-Fi password is correct in the app.
