Please read all instructions carefully before first use and retain this manual for future reference.

Configuració i primer ús

Desembalar: Traieu amb cura tots els materials i components d'embalatge.
Components nets: Wash the thermal carafe, filter basket, and removable water tank with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
Posició: Place the brewer on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface.
Cicle d'esbandida inicial:
- Fill the removable water tank with fresh water up to the 8-cup mark.
- Place an empty paper filter (cone-shaped, size #4 recommended) into the filter basket.
- Ensure the filter basket is properly secured in its position.
- Place the thermal carafe with its lid securely under the filter basket. Ensure the carafe lid's protrusion engages the pause & serve mechanism.
- Press the Power button, then press the Brew button to start a cycle with only water.
- Discard the water after the cycle is complete. This cleans the internal components and removes any manufacturing residues.

Elaboració de cafè

Preparació de l'aigua: Remove the water tank and fill it with fresh, cold water to your desired level (up to 8 cups). Reattach the tank securely.
Prepare Filter and Grounds:
- Place a paper filter (cone-shaped, size #4) into the filter basket.
- Add your desired amount of medium-ground coffee. A general guideline is 10 grams of coffee per cup (e.g., 80 grams for 8 cups). Adjust to taste.
- Secure the filter basket in its designated slot.
Posició de la garrafa: Place the thermal carafe with its lid securely under the filter basket. Ensure the carafe lid's protrusion engages the pause & serve mechanism.
Select Brew Mode:
- Premeu el botó Poder botó.
- For a standard brew, press the Breu botó.
- For enhanced flavor extraction (pre-infusion), press the Floreix button. This mode pre-wets the coffee grounds before brewing.
Brewing Cycle: The brewer will begin the cycle. The optimal brewing temperature is maintained between 194°F–205°F (90°C–96°C).
Servei: Once brewing is complete, the brewer will beep. Carefully remove the carafe and serve. The thermal carafe will keep coffee hot for several hours.

Manteniment i Neteja

Neteja diària

Desendolla sempre la cafetera abans de netejar-la.
Wash the thermal carafe, filter basket, and removable water tank with warm, soapy water after each use. Rinse thoroughly.
Netegeu l'exterior de la cafetera amb anunciamp tela. No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius ni fregalls.
No submergiu la unitat principal en aigua o cap altre líquid.

Descalcificació

Mineral deposits (scale) from water can build up in your brewer over time, affecting performance and coffee taste. Descale your brewer regularly, depending on water hardness and frequency of use (e.g., every 1-3 months).

Preparació de la solució descalcificadora: Mix a descaling solution (e.g., white vinegar and water in a 1:2 ratio, or a commercial descaling agent) according to the product's instructions.
Omplir el dipòsit d'aigua: Pour the descaling solution into the removable water tank up to the 8-cup mark.
Start Descale Cycle: Place the empty thermal carafe with its lid under the filter basket. Press the Poder botó i, a continuació, premeu Descalcificació botó.
