Important: For optimal performance and security, it is strongly recommended to perform a factory reset on the lock before initial setup. This ensures a clean configuration slate.

Crucial Deadbolt Alignment: For effortless operation, ensure the strike plate spacing is adjusted to 60-70mm (approximately 2.36-2.76 inches) during installation. To unlock using a registered fingerprint, place your finger on the sensor. The lock will verify your fingerprint and unlock.

App Control Unlocking

The lock supports the Tuya APP via Bluetooth. Download the app, pair your device, and follow the in-app instructions to unlock remotely.

Emergency Key Unlocking

4. Manteniment
