• Ports 1-4 (2.5G RJ45): These are 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ports that support 10/100/1000Mbps and 2.5G speeds. Connect your network devices such as computers, NAS, or WiFi 6 APs here.
• Ports 5-6 (10G SFP+): These are 10 Gigabit SFP+ slots for fiber optic connections, compatible with 1G/2.5G/10G SFP/SFP+ modules (not included). Use these for high-speed uplinks to other switches or servers.

3.2 Connexió del commutador

1. Connexió d'alimentació: Connect the provided 12V/1A power adapter to the DC Input Port on the switch and then plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The PWR LED indicator will illuminate green.
2. Ethernet Device Connection:
   • For 2.5G devices (e.g., WiFi 6 AP, 2.5G NAS, gaming PC), connect an Ethernet cable (Cat5e, Cat6, or Cat6a recommended for optimal performance) from your device to any of the 2.5G RJ45 ports (1-4) on the switch.
   • For 1G/100M/10M devices, connect an Ethernet cable to any of the 2.5G RJ45 ports (1-4). The switch will auto-negotiate the speed.
   • The corresponding Link/Act LED will light up, and either the 2.5G (orange) or 1G (green) LED will indicate the connection speed.
3. SFP+ Uplink Connection (Optional):
   • Insert a compatible 1G/2.5G/10G SFP/SFP+ module (not included) into one of the SFP+ slots (5 or 6).
   • Connect a fiber optic cable from the SFP+ module to your desired network device (e.g., another switch, server).
   • The SFP Indicator LED will illuminate green when a link is established.

4. Funcionament

The MokerLink 4 Port 2.5G Ethernet Switch is an unmanaged device, meaning it requires no software configuration. Once connected as described in the "Setup and Installation" section, the switch will automatically detect connected devices and negotiate the optimal speed (10Mbps, 100Mbps, 1Gbps, or 2.5Gbps for RJ45 ports; 1Gbps, 2.5Gbps, or 10Gbps for SFP+ ports, depending on the module).

Data transmission will begin automatically. Monitor the LED indicators on the front panel to confirm link status and activity for each port.
