Configuració

1. Carregueu el dispositiu: Before initial use, fully charge the spot welder using the provided power adapter. Start with a lower setting (e.g., 5-7) and test on a scrap piece of nickel strip to determine the optimal setting for your specific material thickness and battery type. Higher numbers indicate higher output power.
3. Preparació de materials: Ensure the nickel sheet and battery terminals are clean and free of oxidation. Place the nickel sheet firmly onto the battery terminal where the weld is to be made.
4. Perform Spot Weld:
   • Hold the two welding pens firmly, ensuring the tips are clean and sharp.
   • Place the tips of the two welding pens onto the nickel sheet, directly over the desired welding point. Apply firm, even pressure.
   • Press and hold the foot pedal switch. The red indicator light on the unit will flash quickly three times.
   • After the third flash, the current will be output, and the welding process will be completed. Release the foot pedal.
5. Inspeccionar la soldadura: Carefully inspect the welded joint. A good weld should be firm and not easily pulled apart. Adjust the power setting if the weld is too weak or too strong.
6. Apagar: After use, turn the power knob counter-clockwise to power off the device.

Manteniment

• Neteja: Regularly clean the welding pen tips with fine-grit sandpaper or a wire brush to remove any residue and ensure good electrical contact. Wipe the main unit with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
