Position the mounting feet directly over the existing holes for OEM roof racks on your vehicle's side rails. These holes provide the optimal and most secure mounting points.

5. Tighten Internal Screws: Locate and tighten the two smaller screws on the cross bars themselves. These screws prevent the load from sliding along the cross bar during transit.
6. Reinstall Lock Covers: Once both cross bars are securely fastened, replace the lock covers and turn the key 90 degrees clockwise to lock them in place. Remove the key.
