4. Configuració
4.1 Càrrega dels auriculars
Before first use, fully charge the earphones. A low battery indicator will notify you when charging is required.
- Connect the provided USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the neckband.

4.2 Vinculació amb un dispositiu
The earphones support Bluetooth 5.2 for stable connectivity.

4.3 Com posar-se els auriculars

- Select the ear tips (S, M, L) that provide a snug and comfortable fit in your ear canal.
- Insert the earbuds into your ears, ensuring a secure seal.
- Position the neckband comfortably around your neck.

5.2 Cancel·lació activa del soroll (ANC)
The earphones feature 45dB Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation to reduce ambient noise.
- To toggle ANC on/off or switch to Transparency mode, use the dedicated ANC button on the control panel (if available) or refer to your device's Bluetooth settings.
- Transparency mode allows you to hear your surroundings while still enjoying audio.

5.3 3-mic AI Call Noise Cancellation
The integrated 3-mic AI system enhances call clarity by filtering out background noise.
- This feature automatically activates during phone calls.
- It helps ensure your voice is clear to the person on the other end, even in noisy environments.

5.4 Quick Device Switching
Easily switch between two paired devices.
- Double-press the function button (often the multi-function button or a dedicated switch) to toggle between the two most recently connected devices.

5.5 Magnetic Control
The earbuds feature magnetic control for convenience.
- When the earbuds are magnetically attached together, music playback will automatically pause.
- Separating the earbuds will resume playback (if supported by your music player).
6. Manteniment
6.1 Neteja
- Regularly clean the ear tips and earbud mesh with a soft, dry cloth.

6.2 Emmagatzematge

7. Solució De Problemes
Si teniu problemes, consulteu les solucions habituals següents:
7.1 Sense alimentació / No carregant
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the earphones and the power source.
- Prova un cable de càrrega o un adaptador de corrent diferent.
- Comproveu si hi ha residus al port de càrrega.
7.2 Cannot Pair / Disconnections
- Assegureu-vos que els auriculars estiguin en mode de vinculació.
- Desactiva i activa el Bluetooth al dispositiu.
- Oblida't del dispositiu de la configuració de Bluetooth del telèfon i intenta emparellar-lo de nou.
- Ensure the earphones are within the 10-meter Bluetooth range of your device.
- Restart both your earphones and the connected device.
7.3 Sense so / So baix
- Comproveu els nivells de volum tant dels auriculars com del dispositiu connectat.
- Ensure the earphones are properly seated in your ears and the ear tips provide a good seal.
- Clean any earwax or debris from the earbud mesh.
- Prova de reproduir àudio des d'una altra aplicació o dispositiu.
7.4 L'ANC no funciona correctament
- Ensure ANC is enabled.
- Verify the ear tips provide a tight seal in your ear canal. A poor seal significantly reduces ANC performance.
