Configuració

1. Desempaquetar i netejar: Remove all packaging materials. Wash the carafe, brew basket, and water reservoir with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

It is crucial that the protrusion on the carafe lid engages the "pause & serve" mechanism under the filter basket for seamless coffee brewing and to prevent overflow.

Your Bonavita Enthusiast is designed for simple, one-touch operation.

Elaboració de cafè:

1. Ensure the brewer is properly set up with water, filter, and coffee grounds.

3. Premeu el botó Breu button to start the brewing cycle. The machine will brew a full pot (up to 8 cups) at optimal temperatures (194°–205°F / 90°–96°C) in under 7 minutes.
4. The "pause & serve" feature allows you to temporarily remove the carafe during brewing to pour a cup, though it's recommended to wait until the full brew cycle is complete for best results.

Using the Bloom Feature (Pre-infusion):

The optional Bloom mode gently pre-wets coffee grounds before brewing, allowing them to "bloom" and release gases, resulting in a richer, fuller extraction.

1. After setting up the brewer, press the Poder botó.
