3. Instruccions de configuració

3.1. Càrrega inicial

1. Connect the power adapter to the keypad transmitter's power input port.

3. Place all 16 guest pagers into the charging slots on the transmitter base. Ensure each pager is seated correctly.

3.2. Pager Pairing (If necessary)

The pagers are typically pre-paired with the transmitter. If you purchase additional pagers or need to re-pair them, follow these steps:

1. Ensure the pager is powered on and placed in a charging slot on the transmitter.
2. On the transmitter keypad, enter the pager number you wish to pair (e.g., "01" for pager 1).
3. Press the "Call" button (or equivalent pairing button, refer to specific button labels on your device if different).
4. The pager should respond with a vibration, flash, or beep, indicating successful pairing.
5. Repeat for all pagers that require pairing.

1. Ensure the pager is distributed to the customer.
2. On the keypad transmitter, enter the 2-digit number of the pager you wish to call (e.g., "01" for pager 1, "16" for pager 16).
3. Press the "Call" button.
4. The corresponding pager will activate its set prompt mode (vibration, flash, or buzz).

4.2. Stopping a Pager Alert

When a customer returns the pager, they can stop the alert by pressing the designated stop button on the pager.

4.3. Adjusting Prompt Modes

The system offers 7 prompt modes. These can typically be configured from the transmitter base. Consult the on-screen menu or specific button combinations for mode selection.

4.4. Checking Recent Calls

5. Manteniment

5.1. Neteja

The keypad is designed to be waterproof and oilproof. For cleaning, gently wipe the surfaces of the transmitter and pagers with a damp tela. Eviteu utilitzar productes químics aggressivs o netejadors abrasius.

5.2. Cura de la bateria

Each pager contains a rechargeable Lithium Ion battery. To maximize battery life:

• Always return pagers to the charging base when not in use.

6. Solució De Problemes

• Pagers not responding:

  • Check if the pager is correctly paired with the transmitter (refer to Section 3.2).
  • Confirm the correct pager number is entered on the transmitter.

  • Ensure the transmitter's external antenna is securely attached and positioned vertically.
  • Minimize obstructions (walls, large metal objects) between the transmitter and pagers.
  • Avoid placing the transmitter near other electronic devices that may cause interference.
• Pagers not turning on:
  • Place the pager on the charging base for at least 30 minutes. If it still doesn't turn on, the battery may be completely depleted or faulty.
