3.2 Adjusting Resistance and Stride

The Niceday Stepper features a stride adjustment knob at the bottom, allowing you to customize your workout intensity and target different muscle groups.

• Incrementasing Resistance/Stride: Turn the orange knob clockwise for a higher pedal and more resistance, which will burn more calories and strengthen core muscles.
• Decretasing Resistance/Stride: Turn the orange knob counter-clockwise for a lower pedal and less resistance, making it easier to extend your exercise time.

• Attach the carabiners of the resistance bands to the designated hooks on the stepper.
• Hold the handles and perform various arm exercises (e.g., bicep curls, tricep extensions, rows) while stepping.
• The tension of the resistance bands can be adjusted by pushing or pulling the cord through the handle mechanism.
